Alright, a few good things to write about in the next few days:

- A group of us are headed to Athens, GA on Saturday to catch the Fujiya & Miyagi show at the 40 Watt.  With this group, trouble will be had.  I’ll let you know what we get into (once I recover).

- Monday is the 2nd ATAC rally in a series to “Reclaim Atlanta’s Neighborhoods.”  This time we’re over on the west side of town.  We’ve upped the ante by inviting all of Atlanta’s elected officials and coming out strongly against the furloughs in public safety.  I’ll be up on my milk crate with a megaphone!  Watch out!

- My mom and dad – recovering hippies that they are – have decided to lend me a car.  I haven’t had one in years but now that I need to jet around town from one neighborhood meeting to another they’ve decided to chime in and help.  How nice, right?  Well… yes.  But let me tell you two things: one, it’s a 1973, orange Volkswagen Bug and two, my mom likes to paint on things.  More on this later!

- I cut a commercial for CNN’s iReport last week and apparently I’ll get to see a cut next week.  Hopefully I’ll be able to show you.  I’m a bit nervous about it.  It was a lot of fun (they wanted me to talk about crashing the Democratic National Convention) but I had to say things like “I’m Kyle Keyser and I’m an iReporter.”  I felt a little stoopid.  But hopefully I won’t LOOK it.

Alrighty.  A busy weekend and busy early-next-week.  Keep checkin’ back!
