Alright, so the life of the unemployed still isn’t easy. I’ve heard some people say “hey, things are getting better” but most of those people have jobs. I think things probably are getting better but it’s still tough. I’ve applied for about 5 or 6 jobs over the last 2 weeks and already this week I’ve had two denials. This is with about every friend possible calling in favors on my behalf. I remain hopeful.

Thursday, however, I start bartending at Noni’s. I’ll be there Thursdays and Sundays. It’s something! And those will be “my nights.” If you’re in the ATL, come on by. It’s good food and good people! And hey, you’ll be helping me pay May’s mortgage. Heh.
